На начальном этапе сервис работал только с физическими лицами. Пробовали разные модели продаж, остановились на модели MLM. Помимо справочников, в мобильном приложении Reworld собраны более 150-ти историй клиентов Европейской Юридической Службы в форме коротких 2-3 минутных роликов. Причем истории для роликов подбирались исходя из частоты обращения клиентов по данным вопросам. Как правило все ролики — это истории, по которым было более 3000 обращений!
