Очевидно, что есть люди, которые задаются этим вопросом. А сколько же еще людей, кто думает об этом, но пока еще не спросил в интернете.
Итак какая же она эта работа в сетевом маркетинге?
Посмотрим на распространенные мифы связанные с МЛМ. И также посмотрим на плюсы и минусы сотрудничества с какой-либо компанией индустрии сетевого маркетинга.
Миф 1. В сетевом маркетинге всех обманывают и это на самом деле пирамида.
Иногда еще пока приходится слышать такое вот утверждение. И ведь в самом деле, как нарисуют в блокноте все эти кружочки один сверху и под ним еще много-много. Ну разве не пирамида? Да 100% похожа! Однако, давайте разберемся, что имеется ввиду. Пирамидальная структура построения или финансовая пирамида которая рухнет, когда людям не хватит денег? Это крайне важное отличие.
Я предлагаю посмотреть хоть в Википедии, что такое финансовая пирамида, там дан неплохой ответ. И правда заключается в том, что действительно, много финансовых пирамид работают по принципу МЛМ и поэтому неискушенному обывателю сложно бывает отличить нормальный сетевой маркетинг от финансовой пирамиды. Есть несколько отличительных черт финансовой пирамиды: отсутствие реального товара/услуги (продают акции будущей компании, сертификаты на участие в сообществе или закрытом клубе, услуги по крайне завышенным ценам и т.д.), обещание компании получать деньги даже не приглашая в «бизнес» других людей, пирамида живет не более 3-4 лет. Потом происходит перетекание в другой «проект».
При этом если посмотреть на известные большие компании индустрии МЛМ, которым по 20-30-50 лет, то мы прекрасно понимаем, что эти гиганты, акции которых торгуются на мировых фондовых рынках ну просто никак не могут быть финансовыми пирамидами. Это обычные компании, которые выбрали для себя МЛМ модель продвижения в качестве основной модели продаж.
Обманывают ли в сетевом маркетинге? Да! Да, обманывают. Очень сильно приукрашивают, преувеличивают, или наоборот опускают существенные детали. Это часто делают новые партнеры, у которых еще пока в глазах только доллары и которым любой ценой надо заполучить в свою структуру человека. Поэтому красноречие таких людей просто неиссякаемо и золотые горы растут как на дрожжах.
Однако это не от того, что компания, которую представляет человек плохая. И не от того, что индустрия сетевого маркетинга это сплошной обман. Это просто от неопытности и недостатка этичности данного конкретного человека. Поэтому надо иметь мудрость, чтобы отличить одного от другого.
Думаю, что этот миф мы разложили по полочкам. Идем дальше.
Миф 2. Сетевой маркетинг это занятие для неудачников
Общаясь с людьми в приватных откровенных разговорах слышу следующее: «Да он просто в жизни ничего сделать не смог, вот и пошел от безнадеги в сетевой!». Такое мнение на самом деле есть. Так ли это? Давайте посмотри вместе, кто же является партнерами МЛМ компаний.
В России в индустрии МЛМ задействовано более 5 миллионов человек. По общей статистике в России также около пяти миллионов предпринимателей. То есть примерно один предприниматель на 30 человек населения. Это общий срез. И индустрия МЛМ это тоже срез общества! Примерно также дела обстоят и там.
Только один из 30-ти партнеров сетевых компаний имеет опыт своего дела и занимался когда-либо бизнесом. Именно поэтому крайне мало людей в МЛМ добиваются действительно больших денег. И люди со стороны, смотря на остальных 29 человек, махают рукой и говорят — это бизнес для неудачников. Забывая между прочим вот такую статистику по предпринимателям в стране в целом.
Миф 3. В сетевом маркетинге не надо работать и можно легко добиться успеха
Так говорят люди, которые пока еще не заработали больших денег в сетевом бизнесе:) Любой, кто зарабатывает хотя бы больше 100 тысяч рублей точно Вам скажет, что в этой индустрии надо работать и работать очень энергично! И при этом работать еще и головой. А не просто рассказывать всем одну и ту же презентацию. И самая большая работа в сетевом маркетинге происходит над собой.
Здесь надо больше работать над собой, чем над тем что Вы делаете. Легкий успех может быть только при условии, что он будет непродолжительным. И опять же это будут не те деньги, которые превышают Ваши нынешние возможности. Чтобы заработать больше, чем Вы зарабатываете обычно — придется много поработать. Возникает вопрос, а стоит ли это того? К этому мы вернемся позже, во второй части статьи.
Миф 4. Сетевой маркетинг дает пассивный доход и можно не продавать и не приглашать людей
Вот если мы говорим о финансовой пирамиде, которая развивается по принципу МЛМ, то тогда да. 
Можно ничего не делать и какое-то время будет пассивный доход пока пирамида не рухнет. Если же мы говорим о нормальной компании сетевого маркетинга, то нет. Нельзя структуру в МЛМ назвать источником пассивного дохода. Вклад в банке можно назвать источником пассивного дохода, а структуру нет.
Структура это скорее актив, который генерит хороший финансовый поток. Но его надо поддерживать. Надо подключать новых партнеров или делать личные продажи. Потому что в большинстве компаний есть определенные правила, которые позволяют партнеру получать полные вознаграждения только в случае личной активности в бизнесе.
Поэтому нельзя сказать, что сетевой маркетинг дает пассивный доход. Однако создать невероятной силы актив сетевой маркетинг позволяет.
Теперь вместе оценим плюсы и минусы работы в сетевом маркетинге. Или правильнее будет написать: индустрии сетевого маркетинга.
Минусы индустрии сетевого маркетинга
- надо вкладывать деньги в развитие бизнеса и в свое обучение
- надо много работать, чтобы выйти на действительно большие доходы
- надо постоянно обучаться новому и работать над собой
Однако минусами их считают скорее те люди, кто часто ищет легких денег и быстрой наживы. На самом абсолютно любой бизнес содержит те же самые минусы. Только как правило их значительно больше. Потому что там надо вкладывать больше денег, там надо контролировать больше процессов, и там поэтому значительно больше рисков.
К минусам еще иногда относят такое утверждение: «У Вас не останется друзей и родственники будут вас избегать». Мы говорили об этом выше, когда писали про этичные и неэтичные методы работы. Если Вы не будете навязывать свой бизнес/товар/услуги, а просто познакомите людей с ними и дадите им свободно принимать решение без всяких манипуляций, то ваши отношения никаким образом не пострадают. А вероятнее всего даже улучшатся, потому что в МЛМ есть отличная школа личностного роста и построения и развития отношений. А это помогает в том числе и в семье:)
Плюсы сотрудничества с компанией сетевого маркетинга.
- очень сильная школа личностного роста и развития и предпринимательских навыков
- создание источника дополнительного дохода (а для кого-то и очень хорошего основного дохода)
- возможность иметь гибкий график
- возможность расширить свое окружение и общение с интересными и положительными людьми (если в конкретной компании правильная этика бизнеса и грамотное ориентированное на ценность личности обучение)
- возможность получать признание огромного числа людей! (факт, но честолюбие это сильный двигатель многих партнеров!)
- возможность много путешествовать в том числе полностью за счет компании.
Итак мы рассмотрели основные мифы о работе в сетевом маркетинге. Посмотрели плюсы и минусы сотрудничества с МЛМ компаниями. Решение принимает каждый сам для себя. Однако точно могу сказать, когда я принял для себя решение изучить индустрию сетевого маркетинга и стать партнером МЛМ компании я сделал верный для себя выбор.
